Can someone help me with this script

Thanks in advance for those who will help me.
What i need is a script that every player who login will have the default trans sprite for example.

If a player login If his job is Archer / Hunter / Sniper / Ranger the script will trigger and change the Sprite of the player into Sniper.
I want this script to avoid no delay thing.

That script will change the whole players into sniper.

You should put a check on it. Else everyone will change into a Sniper.
