hairstyle paletting problem

hello everyone im having problems with hair paletting ,my hair palette is in the right directory and right palette name , but its not working.. im able to make cloth palettes but when it comes to hairstyle palette i cant make it work.. im using sir tokei's grf editor 6 (with palette features) . what seems to be the problem... if possible can u provide a step by step hairstyle paletting guide

Please clarify what you mean with 'can't mean it work'. Are you erroring? Do they not show up? Did you make the correct server-side edits? Does your client support it?

 

Tell us which steps you have taken so far, and we will be able to assist you further. :)

it isn't displaying the right colors najara,

i got 2 palette grfs in my data.ini

 

1st priority palette grf is my own palettes,

and the 2nd priority palette grf is the 40 mb palettes

that is downloadable here

 

the thing is whenever i make my hair palette

it always shows the palette color from the 2nd grf

not from the 1st palette (as if the client is ignoring my own palette grf and reading the contents of the 2nd palette grf)

 

 

 

 

here are the steps that I made

 

-make my own palette on grf editor

-name the palette hairstyle_sex_palette number

-put the palette on the right folder

 

-I also test my palette on spr viewer and it display the colors that I made, but ingame its not displaying
