Turn it into egg by yourself and try using the 'delitem' and 'getitem' script. as far as I know theres no command/script for "Turning the pet into egg state via NPC Script".

what operating system you're using ?
if Windows 8
right click on client.exe and setup.exe
properties -> Check Windows Compatibility -> Dropdown Box Choose Windows 7
then Re Run it or

if you're using 2012 client use the "Blueghost" Setup for Renewal
if you're using 2011 LOWER use the Old Setup for pre-renewal/2011 lower clients
