I have the same problem -
I cant make a custom item in latest rathena. The map server always saying this error when creating in import folder in db. itemdb_readdb: mismatching curly in line 13 of db/import/item_db.txt item with id 9201 skipping.. 9201,B_Armor,B Armor,4,0,,2800,,55,,1,0xFFFFFFFE,18,2,16,,1,1,0,{ },{},{} Btw im using renewal mode

I did the same thing. It fix now for replacing to a new full db folder. Thank you

I have a problem on my server. I add custom item in item_db.txt then after I use @reloaditemndb all my items became apple/unknown items I try to remove the custom item i put in item_db.txt but after i reload it again it still the same it seems that item_db.txt is not readable anymore. also i try to put item_db.txt in import folder but no effect. Anyone can fix this problem?

How to fix this problem. Example I have Lv99/70 High Priest with 99STR My ATK is now 133+0 ATK when I equip Mace [3] which is 37ATK only my ATK become 133+56 instead of 133+37 only.
