[Status Recover not working]

I can +1 on the status recovery does not work in frozen characters.

Try to use blessing on the frozen character before casting status recovery. This applies to other skills of HP as well like lex divina + status recovery and such

So I noticed something while trying to add default costume garments in my server. I don't know how to explain this but this problem only occur in the Costume Garment, The costume will show when you equip it but it won't go off when you unequip the item.

Title says it all. I have tried this step from here. There's no error but when I try to use the script command getitem3, the random option won't show on the item. No error found on the ssh.

So, yeah title says it all. I've done it before on old rAthena versions but now that I want to apply it again, This error shows up. Is there any way to enable @gstorage again on Pre-Renewal?

[Item Random Option / @getitem3]

Is there any way to enable the item random option or the @getitem3 function on PRE-RENEWAL MODE? It seems that this has been disabled when the structure has been changed to YAML because I have been using this function before on pre-renewal but when I tested it in the latest rev and its not working anymore.

I've set the max player connection to 3,000 and the server is still stuck on 1024. When the server got 1024 online players then the other players cant login anymore.
