    I cant really help you with this since i am not familliar with this. I personally used xampp with phpmyadmin to manage my MySQL and database and I believe most of the members here use this too because it is convinient. Either way, did you try restarting the MySQL service or checking the firewall in case it blocked your connection? check also the password for the case sensitivity.

    Saya akan mengeluarkan tutorial saya sendiri tak lama lagi untuk newbie yang ingin berjinak-jinak dengan rAthena. Tutorial saya akan berlandaskan perisian AIO dan dijamin tak sampai 5 minit anda dah boleh mulakan server anda sendiri

    The error says that you entered a wrong password. Did you check your inter_athena.conf so that the information in there is the same as your MySQL configuration?

    You should read the wiki more often for the basic tutorial such as compiling. Any changes you made to source files require compiling the server and also make sure you have LUA files compatible with your client date.

    I did not see any reasons for the scriptt will not work in the latest rAthena revision. You can try it. No, the label calls are outdated. I changed NPC names in r16571. I was not aware of this, thanks for the info!

    Tutorial yang sangat bagus. Tahniah! Tetapi saya lebih suka menggunakan perisian All In One (AIO) seperti xampp dan VertrigoServ kerana lebih mudah untuk menguruskan database serta mempunyai pakej perisian untuk menjalankan rAthena yang lengkap dengan satu pemasangan sahaja.

    You need to open the port for rAthena and i think for the clientinfo.xml just put 127.0.0.1 or localhost

    I recommend you use something AIO like xampp or VertrigoServ but in your case you need to kill mysqld.exe from your Task Manager and run it again (don't forget to click on "Show processes from all users")

    Error 10061 indicate that your MySQL server is not running properly. Try restarting your MySQL server and see if that helps

    Maybe it is because you dont directly download the file from the SVN?

    You need to check both. Make sure the SQL table is imported correctly and the inter_athena.conf is setup correctly

    src/map is not a working copy << it says. In order to apply the patch, your rAthena files must be downloaded from the SVN i.e checkout using TortoiseSVN. If not the patch wont work
