Sorry, I was typing on my iPod and I guess I left out the 16, but my rev is rAthena 16265. I cannot update this without getting some of the patches I have updated. I'm not sure what rev the LUA files are. I can login the client just fine and go to the character selection screen, but when I select a character and try to enter the game I get that Rejected from Server.(3) error. I need to figure what that error code actually is. Peopleperson49

My LUA files are up to date and mmo is updated. Can I update packet_db without doing a full update off all server files? Im using svn rev 16265. Peopleperson49

FluxCP has the ability to send an email to one person, but would it be possible to make a mod to allow it to send out a group email to everyone in list of registered accounts (that you select)? It would help if the player could select whether they want to recieve emails also. It would be super handy! Peopleperson49

I'm making progress... I nolonger get that error now it is just 'Rejected from Server.(3). Also any computer with my old client gets the CHARACTER_INFO size error!! now. However they can still log in though. I made my wife mad and she destroyed my computer so I bought a new on the other day and I lost every I had before. So I need to find a program that allows me to make an installer. My console has an error saying clif_parse: Disconnecting session #6 with unknown packet version. Peopleperson49

That is a simple enough change, but if I change that will it error everybody else who is using my old client? Or will it still work for them? That version is 2011 something... Peopleperson49

I downloaded the entire repository for the patcher and all the files. And the client. But when I run ShinsDiffPatcher the only option I get is to use the default ragnaork icon. The folder has all the other diffs, but not seem to come up. I have used this program before, but now I can't get it to work. Peopleperson49

I'm currently using an rAthena client and it works fine, do you have a link to the latest client for renewal? I like the rAthena client, however, several years back I used to use another client that I really liked. I got it from a friend and I can't seem to contact him anymore. Either way I would like a client that would allow you to open up more than one windows at a time and can set when the aura activates. Thanks. Is there a client that can do some or most of the features of my old client? 1) Mousefreedom type feature was automatically included. 2) When you opened the client it would automatically patch KRO and sakray (tells how old it was) before it would allow the client to let you log in. This would happen after you you used your patcher and the client window opened. 3) Mob sprites would not sprite error, if it was unknown it would show a poring instead of sprite erroring. Kind of like what an unknown item shows up as an apple. Job sprites would not error either, they would show as a novice. However, if you equiped a weapon the novice couldn't hold it would error. This really only came into effect when I tried to make the stargladiator job (one that floates on cloud). 4) Used custom login backgrounds (had to actually create on of your own called login_background1 and login_background2. I don't remember the format, but the login background had to be 800x600. The background were actually part of the client somehow and ignored the ones provided in the KRO data files. 5) Various options were included for your max level, when the aura would activate (upto level 1000), allow multiple windows.

Honestly yes there is, but it works fine as it is and I really don't have time to mess with it now. If you really need I would talk to greenbox and purchase the guildmonster command. You will need to get an updated version of the diff though since I'm not sure if he has updated it lately. If I get some time to mess with it I may do that, but I'm swamped right now with work. I had already looked at that. I downloaded '2011-03-16_lua files' but my client is dated 15MAR2011. Is that the correct one? Peopleperson49

I installed my client on a new computer using Windows 7 and I think theres an issue with the setup.exe. I'm using the rAthena client and I have installed this same client and files on several Windows 7 computers with no problems. When I open the client the box is very small in corner of the screen showing just a tiny (looks like a bunch of XXXXX) piece of the login screen. It seems to be loading the client just fine till that point, so it leads me to believe that the setup.exe has an issue. When you go to setup.exe and run as administrator I get the dialog box just fine. I adjusted the setting to include various screen sizes, resolutions, full screen, and graphics settings. They all give the same result. The full screen option isn't even trying to make it full screen. When I save changes or even exit a small setup dialog box appears that is empty allowing me to click 'OK' or 'Cancel'. I'm now sure where to get another setup.exe or even if that is the root problem. None of those items will take you very long to script if you use the doc/item_bonus.txt document! It lists every single bonus you can use in rAthena and breaks them down. That just requires you do to a bit of work yourself. Peoplepeson49

Cephaler I suggest you take the scrpt they gave farther up the post and then study doc/script_commands.txt for your answer. Try looking up what switch, prompt, and select does. It will show you how to make menus that players can select that you can add in the previous script. I could easily do this for you, but that was how I learned by expermenting with stuff! I don't know there, that is why I used the guildmonster command for my personnel version and havn't tested using the monster command! The guildmonster command that greenbox made for me is awesome and allows some very cool features. Such as my custom WoE allows you so spawn an infinite amount of guildmonsters (as guardians) if you wish players to. Its just like using @spawn, but even aggressive wont attack guildmembers and their damage can't hurt guildmembers either. I think it would be a much better system to spawn an emperium in the actual WoE scripts if rAthena would choose to use it! Peopleperson49

Thats looks great and again thanks for taking your time to do this! I like your idea for converting mobs to 3D mobs. Would it be possible to take the 3D mobs already created for RO2 and use them somehow? Just a thought. Peopleperson49
