You can use ItemConverter. Btw, your CDE is much better then your suggest tool. This one have few bugs with parsing files with alot of korean symbols. But yeah, CDE can do it as well it's just not as straightforward as ItemConverter however. GRF Editor > Tools > Client database editor. Settings > Drop your data or GRF files with your .txt files.
