I was searching for some servers in advertisement and other server are dead but why mod didn't remove or move somewhere?

Unfortunately, it isn't on rAthena mod's interest nor obligation to keep an eye on these servers.

Even RateMyServer is having problems keeping dead servers off their list. So yeah it's just too much work.

Our server is not dead! It has 3 merchants online! Well.. most of the time :)

 

Btw a problem is that for example my advertisement got archived after some time, so I had no chance to modify it. I suspect many has the same problem.
