Becareful with the lastests commits!

Now after the lastests commits My Admin Account setted to all_permission (at groups.conf) doest working fine.

Ex:

If i use @die, i cannot use @raise. I receive a Warning like "You can't use commands while sill death".

this is the one i noticed long ago

all_permission : true

should be all positive, but no, some of the permisions is negative thing
