[Paid] Add VIP status when wearing headgear

I wanted to make a headgear change a wearer's status to VIP. Then they will return to normal status when they have taken off the headgear. If the player is currently VIP from using a consumable item, and they choose to wear the said headgear, it wont have an effect. The player's VIP status timer must still be the same from when he used the consumable VIP item. Is this possible? I can tip reasonably via Paypal. Thanks
