Hello,

 

is it possible to trigger a script every time a user casts a skill?

Or is it even possible to edit skill delays for specific maps only?

 

I want to have a PvP room that has custom skill delay settings.

 

Is there any way to do it?

this not possible in scripting

you need to edit / add function in Source Code
