Custom Map as Town?

Hi,

 

how can I add my custom map as town?

I already have it the mapflag town, but when I add restrictions to zone 7 in skill_nocast.txt it has an effect on every official town but not on my custom town. :/

 

And somehow I can zoom out REALLY fast on my custom map..

Zone 7 restrictions are different from town, you should be adding your map in mapflag/restricted.txt instead,

 

afaik, town mapflags only grants mailbox access when you are on that map.

 

For the zoom speed, might wanna check your map setting/config

This thread actually doesn't go to Database support. mods may move it.

 

anyhow, are you saying that people can't use ANY skill (including Blessing, Increase Agility, Angelus, etc) on towns? then go to /npc/mapflag/noskill.txt

 

syntax:

map-name<tab>mapflag<tab>noskill
