Req. for refine 1 to 6 ups is elunium but the npc chance to broke the item's

 

and 

7 to 10 ups req for ups is 6241 or HD elunium but chance to broke the items like npc refine

for +1 to +6 it will use eluniums and the chance of break the items is ... ?

 

+7 to +10 uses 6241 and the chance to break the item is ... like the original npc refiner?

Maybe what He/She is trying to say is:

A refiner that uses Elunium and has a safe refine until +6..

Then if it's already +6, you'll need HD Elunium which has an item id of 6241, but still, the success rate of refinement until +10 is the same as normal npc refiner..

Not sure though..

hmm allright, refine npc is new to me so o: i will give a try, until someone answers before (please? i don't know too much for refine things D:)
