Map Restriction using BaseLevel

how about restricted level for 1 map? you have script ?

 

example i have woe session in gprt_cast01

and i want to restricted into 99 only can enter the portal or in that map?

 

do we have script like that?

i want an lvl 99/70 only can warp in that area T_T
