Item Script help..

anyone know how to script to an item like this 

 

if they use the item, they can sex change? is there any script for this?

im not really good in scripting but i will try xD 
i put the script in a usable items coz i don't know how to change sex without Logging out just edit the item script

Pointless adding a function for one item, it uses unnecessary loading of the server even if it is miniscule, just add the following in the item script in item_db.txt

atcommand "@sexchange";
