Is it possible that i can add the Rebellion Class on 2012-04-10RE client manually?

you'll need to hex/diff the client so it can support rebellion

Its not possible. The client doesn't support the ID's, skills, animations, status, etc. You have to use a 2013-07-31cRagexe or higher to beable to access them.
