this error shows when theres a missing sprite in ur GRF, for you to avoid missing sprites do not load ur custom scripts...

that error appears wen i was adding some custom headgears.

Then make sure that you have done everything correctly, even a typo can cause this prob. And the sprites you are trying to use exists.
