How can i reduce the damage of this skill? anyone know how to reduce it?

Hi emistry i try reduce fs using skill_damage_db but its not work,do i need include soul also?

I did nothings Happen :( how about in scr ? where can i edit it. to reduce it its annoying too much damage..
