I knew the guy but i don't know what happened to his brain. I trusted him because i knew him since before.He is also a pinoy thats why we dont use paypal. Though roughly, summarizing it.... It's basically the scammer trolling the victim for giving him 10K Phillipine Pesos, which is locally considered a lot. (roughly 200 to 250 USD depending on the exchange rate. The average poor man's monthly wage could be somewhere around 6K PhP.) If you'd need a phrase by phrase translation, I could provide that too. The severity of the situation is that.... If he has got the money already, he could've just disappeared silently. No need to add insult to injury. Could you share more details on how he operated?
