Trouble converting this bmp to spr

Hi guys! I'm having trouble converting this bmp file to a .spr file.

I swear I've used at least 3 BMP -> SPR converters and they all give some weird errors.

 

Can anyone please help convert it? Without losing quality, if possible.

What kind of errors did you get? Make sure to switch mode to index color on the bmp. Also, the background color of the bmp must be in the first box of the color table.

And here I fixed it for you. You can open the picture up in photoshop and see the color table for future reference.

Thank you so much! I'm not sure how you did it..

 

I was getting an error like this in SpriteConverter:

 

In SPR Conview it just gets an error about failing to open the image. :/
