Driver not supported or not updated.

Driver means your graphic card driver/software require for it to run properly.

I'm facing this problem everytime I reformat my PC but I can still play and don't have any effect? I just click OK

hmm i already encountered that problem. when you click OK or Apply.. and try opening client.. nothing will happen

yep this may work.. I'm using Windows 8.1 and mine works fine. I think you just need to update your drivers
