problem with this button :)

good day rathena. im having trouble bout this button. its stuck to koren (i think)

i've read a few forums that i have to hex my client to fix this but i didnt find other topic for this specific button and im wondering if anyone knows how? i dont know how to hex. and on additional request how do i enable flags? like pressing [ctrl + 1] to wave a flag. thankyou rathena.

then repack again..

No. the 04-10 client has those hexed into the client. You should refer to this topic.

You don't have to hex your client in order to translate those buttons, because buttons are images.

hello nanakiwurtz. i have read your topic about translating these. but i cant find one for mine, and i tried looking for the images corresponding to this file but i can't seem to find them (or maybe im not looking hard enough.)

Thats the new alt + g menu o_o.

Those buttons since they're not "hexed" into the client, they'll be found in your regular texture folder (ripped from rdata.grf, data.grf)

-- yea about that. ahmm, i removed data.grf and rdata.grf from my client folder. but i didnt delete it i just removed it cause it takes so much space. and it does'nt give me errors so far and the "guild helper button" has been like that with or without data.grf and rdata.grf. so im not sure where to look anymore. it's not in the the texture files.

earlier i did it before looking for those files, i think i replaced those buttons you uploaded? anyway i did repacked it like mrlongshen said and it didnt change anything. sorry for bothering you but im really annoyed by those buttons.

Maybe you use the 'Read from data folder first', so try to put those images in your data folder, not in your GRF.

i dont think read data folder first works on 2012-04-10 clients and i didnt diff my client with it anyway. :|

Backup your grf, then delete the images from your grf, put the translated images to your data folder.

Post back here with your result.

btw where do i find the chatbox tabs to translate again?

I don't know the button's location, but you can filter for bmp in your GRF.

To change the chatbox tab, just double click it
