Waiting room (0/1) Restriction........

is it possible to restrict a novice in a waiting room? i mean just like in BG you have to enter into a waiting in order for the game to start...... now what i want is that when the novice click the waitingroom he can't enter the waiting room becoz he's a novice....... LOL!!

waitingroom script command cant restrict job..but can restrict base level only.
