so you need to make a proper custom garment for wing..

Just update your ragnarok data, both data.grf and rdata.grf, I'm sure it's in both of them because I remember seeing it the last time I went through both, however I don't know which one it actually uses. (using rsu- clients)

So it's basically already there, you just have to find the correct item id and create the item, depending on how far rA is they've already made that specific item a costume if not it'll occupy the garment section and not the costume garment section.
