Registration and bookin list

1. Can somebody tell me how to put the register button on the image below

2. In the party booking list........ whenever i press ok........ its not doing anything...... please help

for registration button. just change your langtype. you can choose from 1-11 and for the booking system. rAthena is not supported that features at this time.
