Because both Headgears got the Same VIEW ID settet in the Item DB both are on 874 , but it should be 874 and 875

can't put the items on is caused by job limitation, base level requirement ....

if its client related, it should be client crash,

if its view ID, it should only be wrong ID sprite

your upper value is 16, try change to 7 or 23
