Question

When I try to create a party it always say "That Party name already exist." I tried random letters/numbers but still doesn't let me create a party. Anyone has an idea what should I do about it?

Did you use the in game command "/organize "Party name""? Unless there was another way to create a party, that's the one way I could think of.

Note that if you create a party with spaces inside the name, you must put the party name between quotes or it error out.

If the above fail, which client date are you using?

RagRE party window can create party ;P

Oh, never noticed since I always used the "/organize" way when creating a party. Thanks for the info.

Back on topic, it might be then because of wrong date lua files used.

RagRE party window can create party ;P

true

My guess is either outdated party table or incorrect packet db.

can you elaborate more sir? sorry i'm kind of noob on this stuff.

Is your emulator rAthena or eAthena? =/ because, if it's a clean rAthena server, 2012-04-10 clients works perfectly well with rAthena.

I am using rAthena. What do you advice me to do to fix it?

There is no error showing, It's just that every time I create a party it doesn't let me, always say "That party name already exist." I tried every letter/number combinations but still doesn't let me create one.

Because there aren't any error showing, I suggest you to make a copy of latest SVN and test with ur current client. Wouldn't take u much time tho :P

okay i will try this.
