What do you mean? Korean display language or Korean Language support (means translate ASCII words into Korean Character)? I suggest you not to remove the Language Support. if you want to remove the Korean display Language, you can find it on Programs and Features. If not found, then check on the "view installed updates" (just search it inside control panel)

  • Control Panel > View by: Small Icons > Region and Language > Administrative tab > Change System Local
  • Uninstall Microsoft Windows Language Pack if any.
