Need Help: Class Mastery item Error

I've been using this Class Mastery NPC script but i keep on getting errors on my mapserv-sql.

Can any one help me fix this problem? I've attached a screenshot of it. Thanks in advance.

actually i've done nothing with the script. i used it as is after downloading it here.

i am wondering too if what is the item 3333 coz its not on my item_db.txt nor in the item_db2.txt

it's okay it's my fault i did not post the script but i got it figured out now. ... i just missed the instruction on adding the item '3333' before using the Class Mastery script on sir Euphy's topic.
