umh.... is there a script like if they spam dropping they will auto kick...

for example they drop items

anyItem for 20 times they will automatically kick from the server.

there is no way to track a person is dropping an item onto the ground or not ....

unless you create some custom label like

OnPCDropEvent:

i mean any one sir emistry not tacking them any character that will drop items for 20x any item...1min or 60 seconds period of time he/she will be kicked.

It's not possible unless you create such a custom command such as OnPCDropEvent: as emistry stated. Only thing you can really do is change the item floor time limit.. and make it lower =/
