Cash Shop Problem.

I used cash shop for my donation NPC. It doesn't do the gravity error thing because I followed some topics here and Im able to fix that. But my problem now is that whenever I try to confirm the deal with the npc. Nothing will happen and I will have this kind of message in my chatbox "The Purchase has failed because the item information was incorrect.". Checking my map server, there's no log that there was an error. Ill provide some screenshots here so it will be easier for you guys to help me on what is wrong..

Here is the view of the shop. (As you can see. The message I was talking about is there (I'm trying quite a number of times already.)

This one is when I'm buying the item.

And after clicking that OK button. The message shown above in reds is shown again. >.<

Note: No error was shown in any of the 3 servers (Char,Login,Map)..

Yep it's not. But still, anyways, I still don't have an idea on how to solve this one..

Post the script and the error message on map server so we can see what's wrong in it.

No Error has appeared on my map server..

Im using both. But I think that screenie is from eAthena..

I'm having this same issue with my SQL DB. The cashpoints save in my table as #CASHPOINTS and the cashshop tries to use #cashpoints. So you can add more cashpoints and even view how many you got, but when you use the cashshop its like you don't have any.

If you edit your SQL DB to remove the incorrect cashpoints then fix all your scripts to use the correct variable #CASHPOINTS. Besides that there isn't anything you can do. As long as your SQL DB has both #cashpoints and #CASHPOINTS then you will get errors. All I did was perge my SQL DB and I was good.

I can't say for sure, but I don't think so. I think that the game doesn't do so well with capital vs lower case lettering! My problems came from custom items I made using #cashpoints. I perged the #cashpoints from my SQL DB and changed my scripts to use #CASHPOINTS and I havn't had any trouble sense. The cashshop script was detecting that I had both a balance of #cashpoints. But when it tried to collect it was trying to do so from #CASHPOINTS which I didn't have since I used the other variable. I hope this helps.
