Cannot use/upgrade Skills

Well, I just cannot use skills and I dont know why, maybe I changed something but I dont know what o.o! Here is a picture of the problem.

I would really appreciate any help from you guys.

it is just not working, i am using a RagRe 2010 28 12 and lua files from 2010 08 12 :/

I am using 3CeAm emulator and I've noticed that this

makes to me to not have all the skills cause there are a lot, but i dont know the way to fix it

the easy solution was to disable the option to enable all skills for gms but is there another way to fix it?? please:)

No. The only solution is to transfer over to rAthena since rAthena fixed that problem with the Enable all Skills in r15642 so I suggest you either transfer over to rAthena or implement the fix yourself

the problem with rAthena is that monster has a different hp than the normal ones (or that is what I remember)

Not really.. unless you set your server in Renewal Mode . Monsters in the Renewal interface have different stats than pre-re monsters.
