Flux's functionality is a lot different from SGCP. Their SQL databases are probably a lot different as well. I don't suggest you copy anything over but instead make a new directory for the FluxCP.

Hi canditw,

I would recommend Mysterious's method of using a new directory for FluxCP. And if you are abandoning SGCP completely, you can drop the SGCP database; FluxCP installs its' SQL tables inside your RO SQL database, and it doesn't use SGCP's.
