help fix casting...

where can i fix bcoz my casting rate was fixed. what i mean is then my dex is only 1 it is so very slow but when i add dex into 99 still slow cast. no changing on casting time.

wew, i tried to put some dex item like 4 drops card orleans glove plus 2 zerom still there's no changing at casting time.

Where its #define RENEWAL_CAST just add /// before it.

i tried to add but there's an failed when i recompile.

o i did not see. hahaha i only edit #define RENEWAL not #define RENEWAL_CAST
