Manual Download of .gpf files?

Hello, I've been trying to update my kRO "data.grf" using "rsu-kro-rag-lite" for a few hours now and I'm always encountering some errors. is there a way to manually download the .gpf files?

btw the .gpf file that is encountering errors is "2012-05-29bragexe.rgz"
