the one from the left is from the RO that ive been playin and the other is my creation RO it came from a basic 2011 updated date folder but even though its updated.. it seems its image was from the basic ratemyserver sprite image! when i wear it, it changes do you have any idea how to fix this?

I didn't understand your problem very well, but I guess the inventory image is a bmp which is different from the frame inside the drop.spr file.

go to your client side data folder or extract your grf

open idnum2itemrenametable.txt

and search 5518

you will see this

5518#´ëÇü¸¶Á¦½ºÆ½°í¿ìÆ®#

and change it to this

5518#´ëÇü¸¶Á¦½ºÆ½°í¿ìÆ®2#

See the item id's in the item_db on the newest rev of rathena / eathena / or whatever emulator you use, then

copy the line for idnum2resnametable.txt from the updated kRO data.grf to your own grf.
