soundeffectall script command Question

Hi guys I wanted to use this script command soundeffectalI but I'm wondering how can I make it to work on every map.

soundeffectall "<effect filename>",<type>{,"<map name>"}{,<x0>,<y0>,<x1>,<y1>};

base on the script syntax it needs a map name and no option for All?

I would like to know how to do this also. I want it to play a sound when I have a script that does @day and @night. I want to add a sound letting players know when it hits @day and @night
