I've worked as GM for a while now and I've never/barely encountered concern about the emulator among the player base. Quote

I'm just a simple player from a simple eAthena server, but, i'm concious that eAthena's work is slow from a while. I'm a little bit confused in what rAthena means to private servers and the future for both eAthena and rAthena projects. Maybe i'm just a simple player who only cares for playing, but I still want to know what is going to happen with eAthena, or if both projects will work in a parallel way. Would it be possible to make a quick guide about rAthena is and differences with eAthena? If there is already one, i apologize myself, would somebody post it? Thanks. Btw. On the long run you're going to be the best shot at having playable, balanced 3rd classes and other future content. People, not just admins, need to become aware of that. They need you and you need them if rAthena is going to become a success. 1 Quote
Deacon. Posted January 6, 2012 Author Posted January 6, 2012 (edited) I have chosen SevenRO for now. Might be a bit too custom for my tastes, but I like lowrate. I hope in time there will be a equivalent of EuphRO for rAthena. With that I mean a lowrate server that stays true to iRO in terms of mechanics, content and quests.
