I for one am for SQL all the way, it's much easier to manage with the proper knowledge/ GUI, I don't have to remember what column is what. But since it seems it's pretty evenly divided, it would make sense to create a converter that goes both ways, then both sides are happy.

Edit: Was there any decision on this? A converter would be nice...

Lets move all settings to SQL , that way we can have a Admin Control Panel to adjust rAthena settings, from a website, restart from a web site wink.png

Change is good and inevitable. plus i like this idea so. Option number 2

I still believe the best solution would be to create a converter that would convert from TXT to SQL or SQL to TXT.
