I don't think there will be balance issues since every server will be the one deciding to implement such bonus or not...I do also think xazax has a point ("However the smaller the code the easier to maintain."). So I guess its better to leave it optional with Rathena... I do wanna have some of the bonuses though for Rathena (I dont know if eathena version will do atm).. Quote

With the Latest revision having drastically changed codes, even Lilith's Edited Diff is no longer Compatible with the current revision. I also would love this Expansion added to the latest revision, devs please!!!
