I'm informing everyone to be cautious of the scammer, Pokye. This is not about exposing anyone’s personal information. I have acted properly in every way. This is a public warning to alert others about this person, who has clearly committed fraud and wrongdoing. Several victims have reached out to me directly, telling me they were scammed by this individual — even though I didn’t know who he was at first. Now do you see? If no one speaks out, others will continue to be deceived. The first attached image is from the person who contacted me and told me who he really is. The second image shows the rules and terms of the game purchase, which he clearly read and agreed to. It's surprising that there are only people here supporting the wrongdoer. They contacted us to purchase our game, and we already sent them the purchase agreement to read. The agreement includes two key conditions that clearly apply: 1 - No refunds under any circumstances — because this is software, it can be copied and stored. It is not a physical item that can simply be returned if the buyer is dissatisfied. 2 - We do not provide support, instructions, or guidance in any case. This is because we only sell ready-to-play games that are easy to install and can be played immediately. And the biggest issue is that the system administrator here — or possibly someone named Pokye — hacked into my account. Then they created a post making it look like we were the ones at fault, which misled others into thinking that Pokye is a good person. This alone clearly shows that they are the real wrongdoer. Why would a system administrator hack a member's account to do something like this? It's clear from their actions that they have bad intentions and have committed a serious offense. If anyone wants to know the full story from the beginning, you can check it out here. This link leads to the post where a certain system administrator hacked into my account and made a post to make themselves look like the good person, while shifting all the blame onto us. Everything about this is wrong, yet people are still taking the side of the wrongdoer. That clearly shows this place is full of scammers. If that's the case, then we will spread the word elsewhere — that this website is a hub for criminals and fraudsters. Even the system administrators are hacking users’ accounts to post on their behalf, without facing any consequences or taking any responsibility. We will make sure everyone knows: never do business with anyone from this site. Goodbye to all the scammers, supported only by other bad people. It’s no surprise that no one donates monthly, because this place is full of scammers who have harmed others. Quote Link to comment

While rAthena is against unauthorized reselling, transactions made directly between individuals especially outside the forum are beyond the control and responsibility of the rAthena team. since they werent involved and didnt benefit from the deal, theres no basis for expecting official support or action in this case.
