We would like to issue a public retraction regarding a previous statement about the user known as @Pokye

Recently, we made a post in which we accused Pokye of misconduct in a transaction involving the purchase of a digital game through our platform, Pcmedias. At the time, we were frustrated with how the situation unfolded, especially after a PayPal dispute was opened.

However, after taking the time to reflect, we recognize that the way we expressed ourselves was inappropriate. Accusing someone publicly of fraud without due process or without allowing all parties to present their side was incorrect.

We sincerely apologize for any harm or misunderstanding caused by our previous statement. It was never our intention to unfairly damage anyone’s reputation, and we acknowledge that the situation could have been handled more professionally.

Moving forward, we will ensure that any disputes or disagreements are resolved through the proper channels, with fairness and respect for all parties involved.

We appreciate the understanding of our community and remain committed to maintaining a fair and transparent marketplace.

Everyone, look at what they have done. The administrator of this website has hacked my account and made a post to make others misunderstand that I wrote it. I did not create this post—my account was hacked.

I stand by my statement that Pokye is a scammer. You can check all the real messages in this post:

⚠️  Scammer Alert: Pokye ⚠️

It seems that Pokye is an admin on this platform as well—absolutely disgraceful.

He contacted us to purchase a game from Pcmedias, inquired about the details, and we provided all the necessary information.
We also sent him the terms and conditions, which he acknowledged and agreed to.

After finalizing the purchase and completing the PayPal payment, we delivered the game along with all necessary unlock codes and setup instructions.

However… he later demanded access to the source code from our game.
We reminded him that our terms clearly state that we do not provide source code, nor do we offer any refunds under any circumstances since this is a digital product.

Our service is about selling a ready-to-play, easy-install game—perfect for those who want to enjoy the game without hassle.
If he only wanted the source code, he should have purchased it separately.

We even provided evidence to clarify this, yet he remained silent and instead filed a PayPal dispute claiming the product was "not as described"—even though he had already received and played the game successfully.

This is textbook fraud—scamming people left and right.
Imagine buying something, using PayPal to pay, and then fraudulently requesting a refund.
If the seller doesn’t dispute the claim, Pokye gets both the product and his money back.
Even if the seller fights back, Pokye still keeps the product while attempting to scam his way into a refund.

I've also received additional reports from other people who have been scammed by Pokye before.

If you've been scammed by him, please contact me directly on the Pcmedias page.
Several victims have already reported similar fraud from Pokye.

**We sell complete, ready-to-play games. You may not know the details, but Thai people do—we sell games, not source code. The rules are clear, but you didn’t read them, even though we provided a link for you to read from the very first time you contacted us. Now you want our source code? What are you thinking? The entire game is priced cheaper than a single simple game script. The rules were there, but you chose not to read them.

Regarding PayPal, we never received a notice to dispute the claim. We just found out today because another customer made a payment via PayPal.

Also, other people have contacted us, telling us that you are a scammer. There are others who have been scammed by you—just look at the screenshots yourself. They reached out to us directly.**

I'm sorry if the text is hard to understand because I used a translation program.

And victims have contacted us through our page, informing us that Pokye has scammed many others before.

Looking at the attached image, it shows the person who contacted us to provide information, confirming that he is Pokye. Initially, we didn’t know who he was.

as I mentioned at other post, I didnt saw anything in english that source code are not included. Maybe you can highlight that in the future. People might confused with it can be modified, but actually you cant modified src since the src isnt provided.

I believe nobody cares about you, that's why your 300 accounts are banned.

You have been violating rathena GNU license the whole time, you're forced by the license to give for free to your costumers the source code which you're not doing, in fact you're requesting more money, and saying it's licensed 😂😂.

You shared the private data of one person across internet (doxxing) which it's illegal, the bad reputation you have in rathena is well deserved.

Now you're just trying to look better because in your own post everybody is against you, pathetic.

We provided the rules and terms for reading, clearly stating that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances because it is software.

We also specified that we do not provide teaching or guidance under any circumstances, as we sell a fully pre-configured game, ready to play.

We delivered the full game to him, and he successfully tested it. However, he later demanded the source code from us. We informed him that our policy clearly states we do not provide teaching or source code under any circumstances, which can be seen in the rules and terms.

He was dissatisfied and requested a refund through PayPal. Since we did not receive any notification from PayPal, we were unable to dispute the claim, resulting in our funds being deducted. Additionally, payments from other customers were also affected and deducted.

This was all due to the actions of the scammer, Pokye, who violated the agreed-upon terms despite being informed of them before making the purchase.

Shut up! You are committing a crime by exposing personal and sensitive data of a person in a community. You may be right in your point of view, but you are wrong in disclosing personal information. You have already lost any reason you may have thought you had. Haven't you realized that no one cares about you? You are being a joke to the community!

If you don’t understand the legal matters, then it’s best to stay silent. I am simply informing others about someone who poses a threat—a scammer—so that they won’t fall victim.

Why are you upset about it? Or are you part of the same group as the scammer? It’s honestly quite amusing—suddenly jumping into the conversation when we have all the evidence clearly laid out.

Who created this post just to twist the story and make themselves look innocent?
You even went as far as hacking into my account to post this message in my name—just to cover up your wrongdoing.

Is this what you call the “right thing to do”?
Or is this place really full of scammers helping each other?

You should stop your shits man.

You clearly revealed personal info across internet, which is a crime.

Also violating rathena GPL, and, some other shits that were posted in the other post...

Do still you think the people care about your shits, or that you're that important that anyone will waste his time to "hack" you? 🤣

Poor ignorant..

Regardless, posting someones personal information is a *TERRIBLE* thing to do, you should solve this privately with the individual in question if there are issues, making posts after posts and all of this..just no
