Equipment Swap change time

Hi friends, how are you?
The ability to change equipment through alt q has a delay when used once and you have to wait a few seconds to use it again.
Could you help me by letting me know which file I remove at this time?

I checked in skill_db mine doesn't have any time.
When I use the skill and try to use it again, it asks me to wait about 10 seconds

That cooldown, have you change it then ?

Yes, I put it 0 and it still takes time to use it again.
I think there must be another place to change

Patch with nemo / WARP

yes, there are  https://nemo.herc.ws/patches/ChangeQuickSwitchDelay/ patch from nemo to change the delay.
