Adding a 3rd class skill to a 2nd Rebith Class

Hi guys.. i wanna add some plus skills in endgame.
For example. High Priest could unlock Coleceum Heal if has Kyrie Elesion level 10. Where are the conditions/skill tree scripts? Any help is welcome!
