Hello @Functor, I have this problem with some players' Gepard Shield. See the error in the image, how to fix it?

 

I bought my Gepard license from you just over 1 year ago. My Server

 

Please help me solve this problem.

maybe they have macro software ? any emulation key = considered as macro.

The problem is very clear, just read the message, eventually someone has software that can be used for macros, such as mouse or keyboard software, or any other tool. The player just needs to turn off the software and this will be resolved.
Contact functor via skype if you want him to disable this type of gepard feature.
