System Message on chat everytime I login

Hi!

When I login on my client '2021-01-07aRagexeRE' I see this weird message in red:

 

What does this message means, and how can I fix it? No window opens when I write '/showshop' (if related, the Cash Shop button working correctly on the side of mini-map).

I don't want this message to show everytime  

 

Help please :D!

If you want a quick and dirty fix, you could delete that line on msgstringtable.txt

thats a bad idea unless they just make the line empty without removing the # or youll mess up the entire msgstringtable

you can remove it with WARP afaik

@Sapito Sucio Thank you for your reply; I know what you are talking about but I want to avoid erasing too much text there and doing so as last resort, I would want to just deactivate them if that's possible.
