Skill Plagiarist?

Does anyone have that NPC that Stalker talks to him, and he lists all the skills that Stalker can plagiarize?

Example: I want to plagiarize the Blizzard skill, the Stalker goes to the NPC, talks to him, and chooses to plagiarize the Blizzard skill. With this, it prevents Stalkers from having to log in Dual Acc to get plagiarized skills, making life a lot easier for this class.

Could someone make this NPC available?:

Is the stalker in this script you sent learning just one skill? Thank you very much for your contribution.
