SE Castle or WOE2 Emp breaker Announcer

Hello Everyone

Just looking for help in Se Edittion Castle.

How do i enable Emper Breaker name. I've done in WOE1 castle but WOE2 Castle seems more difficult can anyone help ? @Emistry@sader1992
