H> Allow RUWACH [Champ], DOUBLE CASTING [Prof], Mystical Amplification [HW] when GTB in use

Hi Experts!

Need help from the above title description. I'm using pre-re. When a player cast the mentioned skills when they are using GTB, the effect/skill won't work.

Found this one but the source is not the same with the one I'm using.

Hey, you can edit the skills in skill_db.yml.
Search for 
 

- Id: 24
    Name: AL_RUWACH
    Description: Ruwach
    MaxLevel: 1
    Type: Magic
    TargetType: Self

and change Type: Magic to Misc

- Id: 24
    Name: AL_RUWACH
    Description: Ruwach
    MaxLevel: 1
    Type: Misc
    TargetType: Self

or remove Type.

That should work.

After few days been of searching and trying. Finally got the answer! Thanks
